We are a mom, dad, and daughter team in Brenham, Texas, working to meet the needs of members of our community who are looking to sell their homes quickly and hassle-free. We also work to provide well-kept and affordable homes for those who need a place to live.

Tom Knodt

Tom is originally from Ohio and moved to Texas after college, where he met Diana and pursued a career as a customer service technician with Ricoh. He now works on Oak Hill Home Solutions full time. In his spare time he enjoys making homemade wood-fired pizzas, traveling, and tackling home improvement and wood-working projects.

Diana Knodt

Diana grew up near Brenham in Dime Box, Texas, and spent her career working as a nurse and a clinical educator at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Brenham. She now enjoys traveling with Tom, gardening, making fun things in the kitchen and beyond, and helping out at Oak Hill Home Solutions wherever’s needed.

Annchen Knodt

Annchen grew up in Brenham, graduating from Brenham High School in 2005 and Texas A&M in 2009 (Gig ’em Aggies!) She currently works in the Laboratory of NeuroGenetics at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and oversees accounting, analysis, and all things technical for Oak Hill Home Solutions from afar. In her limited spare time she enjoys crafting and volunteering with a local non-profit organization that trains service dogs.
